The world of chevron has been made easier with this set of three impression mats. From small, medium, to large you can achieve the chevron look with one press.? Intensify the color by lightly rubbing a colored buttercream into the lines of the chevron, then wipe away with a dry paper towel. Or let the depth of the mat create such great shadows that the lines of the chevron speak for themselves. These mats can be used on fondant, gum paste, or modeling chocolate.
Set includes 3 mats.
Each mat is: 7" x 10".
Mat is made of lightweight, flexible food-grade plastic.
Transparency allows for easy alignment and positioning for a repeat pattern.
Hand wash in hot, soapy water. Lay flat and dry.
Use with rolled fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate, and more.
Mats can also be used with clay. If using the molds with non-food material, the mold should not be used for food.
