Halloween Modeling Chocolate Class


Two - 3 hour sessions $75

What to Bring:

Day 1:

  • 1 lb. Merkins Chocolate Melts (EBM)

  • ½ c corn syrup

  • Rubber spatula

  • Microwave safe bowl

  • Rice Krispy treats 4-6oz. Homemade is best.

  • Rolling mat (if you have a silicone one it is best)

  • 9” Wilton Rolling Pin

  • Icing Colors (red, pink, copper/flesh, greens, etc.)

  • Ball & Shaping Tools

  • Damp cloth

  • Plastic bag to take dirty dishes home.

Day 2:

  • Bring project

  • Dusts needed for your finished project

  • Brushes – Wide fluffy to Fine tipped

  • Edible Markers

  • Damp Cloth

  • 10” Covered Board for Your Finished Project

  • 10” Box to Take You Finished Project Home In

 

Note:

I do have tools to share but if your have any that would be great.

I will also have molding chocolate made to start your project as molding chocolate needs to rest before it can be used. The chocolate must be Merkin’s as we will be swapping some of your chocolate for the premade molding chocolate to keep class cost down. Thanks
