What to Bring:

* 1 - 8”x4” round, light flesh colored fondant covered cake or covered in butter cream on a tripled 12” round green foil covered board.

* Sage Petal Dust

* Emerald Luster dust

* Gold Sparkle Dust

* Spiced Pumpkin Luster Dust

* Black Petal Dust

* Vodka

* Tip 3, 9, 12, 1A, 233

* 1 – disposable bag (for green royal icing, supplied)

* coupler

* 9” rolling pin

* 3pc. Daisy cutter set (Using the med. & large one)

* 3pc. Sculpty ball tool set (in the course 3 kit)

* Paint brushes 2 – fine for hair, freckles, and eye lashes

* 1 – thick short bristle for stippling

* Tooth picks

* ½ lb. fondant divided & colored

• Light green

• Dark green

• Pink

• Yellow

• Bright blue or orange

* ½ lb. red fondant

* ¼ cup shortening

* ½ cup cornstarch/powdered sugar blend

Note:

Whatever you don’t have can be purchased during class.

I you don’t want to make a cake and only want to work on the mushrooms that is ok, the cake can be optional.
