This class is for teens only. We will share recipes and techniques for making modeling chocolate roses. You will need to purchase 1 lb of super white chocolate ($6.99); available in store. Please bring a microwavable bowl (at least 4 cups / 1 quart) and a rubber spatula. All other supplies provided.
