Two-2 1/2 hour sessions $70

Learn the essentials of planning, designing, stacking and tiering cakes as well as pricing suggestions & transporting.   On the first day we discuss how to bake a wedding cake and fully demonstrate preparing, filling, and icing your cake perfectly smooth.  On the second day, you will practice your newly gained knowledge and skills on your own wedding cake.  These skills will take all your cakes to the next level.
