Carolyn has been watching and learning the art of cake decorating from her talented mother for over 30 years.  After she graduated from our Wilton instructional courses as the self-proclaimed class valedictorian, she has brought her knowledge, creativity and flavorful sense of humor to our classroom.  Her exceptional skills and attention to detail have propelled her to become our expert on advanced fondant and cake sculpting techniques.  She loves teaching and wants to bring the creative cake diva out of you!
